Moments of Euphoria for Riayz Gangji with Zeenat Aman at IRFW 2012
Goa, 29th November 2012: The ongoing session of Indian Resort Fashion Week witnessed the studding showcase of Riyaz Gangji’s resort wear collection. One of the most eminent fashion designers in the contemporary Indian fashion world, Riyaz Gangji called it a moment of euphoria at IRFW 2012 when the yesteryear Bollywood actress Zeenat Aman along with Bhoop and Madhurima Tuli from the upcoming movie Cigarette Ki Tarah heated the ramp with their star power.
The glam of the Riyaz Gangji resort wear fashion was felt intensely with the glitters sprinkled by the gorgeous couple Madhurima and Bhoop who shared the onscreen space. The attraction of the show was Zeenat Aman whose vivacity was distinctly noticeable in Riyaz Gangji’s colorful, long, layered skirt paired up with a loose fitting structured jacket. This exclusive outfit, designed to be worn by middle-aged women on wedding occasions, is inspired by the ethereal beauty of shimmering sand and its colors, coupled with a mix of pink and purple.
Titled Shimmering Sand, Riyaz’s resort wear collection took its inspiration from The Sound of Waves, a famous from the literary repertoire of Yukio Mishima, a renowned Japanese author. Each of the creations in the latest resort wear line embodied the romance of the sun-kissed balmy beach and the blue sea waves.
The garments in the men’s fashion line flaunted an eclectic mix of retro and metro styles in look and design. Indian fashion with a modern twist dominated his men’s collection consisting of pathani’s and jackets, accessorized with beautiful sandals and matching jute bags. Women’s fashion apparels in Riyaz’s latest collection include crystal stones studded sensuous saris teamed with skimpy blouses and flowy gowns beautified with minimal appliqué work.
