Starting 17th October, Vista at Taj Lands End presents an exotic array of delicious curries from across Asia with the Spice and Curries Festival. Indulge your senses in a specially crafted range of authentic delicacies from Japan, Indonesia, Thailand and India.
From the fiery red Thai Panang Curry of Southern Thailand to Spicy, Sweet Pork Vindaloo from the West Coast Of India, the delectable menu is sure to elevate your dining experience. Taste the authentic flavours from across the continent with creations which include a medley of sweet, savoury and spicy palates.
Guests can choose from the Massaman Curry – rich, hearty deep red curry from northern Thailand, the Indonesian Rendang Curry – a curry made with coconut milk and exotic Indonesian spices, Japanese Katsu Curry – rich and smooth brown curry cooked with potatoes and carrot, Kadela Gashi – chickpea curry coconut flavoured and more. These are all accompanied with a choice of Jasmine rice, steamed rice or brown rice.
